October 15-19, 2019, China National Polymer Academic Paper Conference was held in Xi'an, China. At the meeting, Wang Baoren Award 2019 for polymer basic research was issued, and Professor Xie Tao from ZJU’s College of Chemical and Biological Engineering ( CBE) award (the only winner). Professor Shen Youqing also from ZJU CBE was invited to make a keynote report of the conference entitled Design of Polymer Anti-tumor Drug Carrier at the closing ceremony of the conference. After the report, academician YAN Deyue awarded honorary certificate to SHEN Youqing.
